I believe that the fate of any company lies in the hands of those tasked to deliver on its mission – its employees.

Having spent my career recruiting in hypergrowth start-ups, I know firsthand the challenge of finding a staffing partner that brings the urgency, expertise and pattern recognition required to solve mission-critical talent gaps.

I started Bixby to deliver the type of recruiting support I have personally wished for in moments where building the right team meant everything.
